The advantages of the Prismatic LED Light compared to traditional LEDs (and its applications)

LEDs are now used in our homes, offices, and shops, especially for directional lighting.

A feature of LEDs, which is also one of its biggest limitations, is the bright spot: useful for highlighting, for giving light to a spot, but annoying and unsuitable for a diffused illumination of wide spaces.

The continuous research on LEDs technology for the development of new products by the staff of NTE Srl has overcome this problem.

Taking advantage of the qualified collaboration between companies, technicians, artists, and external collaborators, we’ve developed the innovative patented "Prismatic LED Light" system, used for the unique Another Light series of illuminators.

This system involves the use of special glasses, resins, RGB and addressable LEDs which are positioned in different types of container, each one to obtain a different effect.

Why choosing Prismatic LED light

• It increases visibility from longer distances, the selected colours are flashier, the colour range is much wider, and the depth effect is much more accentuated.

• The light emitted by the illuminators can be looked at directly because it doesn’t dazzle, unlike traditional LEDs.

• It guarantees powerful and clear lighting, without flickering or reflections, even for the largest spaces.

• For a really low consumption: between 50 and 75% less electricity than traditional lamps (neon, halogen etc.) and a longer life: over 50 thousand hours of continuous ignition, with an impact on maintenance costs that decreases drastically compared to traditional lamps.

In offices, corridors and administrative rooms, our prismatic LED lamps are characterized by a uniform lighting that gives a sensation of a pleasant lighting.

In public spaces, restaurants, art galleries and shops, the lighting effects of our bars make the lighting installations unique, also thanks to the possibility of interacting via Bluetooth technology, Wi-Fi or via App on the smartphone.
